The Role We are seeking a security-cleared Project Manager to support the concept and initiation phases of complex Government projects.
You’ll work at the earliest stage of the lifecycle — shaping ambiguous problems into structured proposals, developing business cases, and guiding projects through Portfolio Entry and early governance controls.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, investigative problem-solving, and bringing clarity to high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-concept investigations and define scope, schedule and cost parameters
Develop business cases and initiation documentation
Support Portfolio Entry and early lifecycle governance
Ensure structured handover into delivery teamsExperience Required Essential
Active DV or SC clearance
Experience delivering projects in the Concept phase
Background within Government environments
Strong business case development experienceDesirable
APM, PMI or similar accreditation
Portfolio Management exposureHybrid working (minimum 1 day per week on site).
9-Day Fortnight working pattern.
