Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and empathetic approach. You will collaborate with an innovative team to deliver a forward-thinking curriculum, maintain high expectations for all pupils, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Key Requirements
Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
PGCE or PCET qualifications also considered.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Proactive, approachable, and collaborative attitude.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
Understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
