The role:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
Assisting students with additional learning needs
Helping to manage classroom behaviour
Supporting pupils to stay focused, engaged, and motivated

Have experience working in a school or with children/young people
Are patient, nurturing, and proactive
Have strong communication skills
Are adaptable and able to use your initiative
Are available to work full-time
