Key Requirements:
Experience supporting learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs
Confident delivering lessons aligned with the UK curriculum
Ability to individualise learning and adapt resources for different needs
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
A good understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
