How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach
    Manchester | Full-Time (37 hours)
    £35,000–£38,000 + £4,250 Car Allowance
    Our client, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is on the lookout for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach who’s ready to pass on their expertise and inspire the next generation.

    Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach - What You’ll Be Doing:
    Hitting the road to coach apprentices in their workplaces
    Delivering high-quality Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training
    Managing your own caseload and driving learner progress
    Planning your own diary and working autonomously
    Capturing evidence, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance
    Supporting learners to hit milestones and achieve their qualifications
    This is a hands-on coaching role where no two days are the same.
    What They Are Looking For
    ✔ Extensive industry experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
    ✔ A passion for mentoring and developing others
    ✔ Strong communication and organisation skills
    ✔ The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
    Desirable (but not essential):
    • TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualifications
    • Experience with government-funded training
