💷 Salary: £13.00 – £19.50 per hour (DOE & overtime available)
⏰ Overtime: Paid at £19.50
📍 Location: KT22
🕐 Shifts: Mon-Fri 07:30 - 17:00 with potential short-notice overtime

🔧 Main Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient distribution process, supporting both the warehouse and trade counter functions:

Serve trade counter customers with product knowledge and professionalism
*
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and quickly
*
Assist with stock control: daily checks and annual stock take
*
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
*
Provide admin support and handle customer returns or queries
*
Support call-outs and deliveries as needed (driving licence essential)
*
Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and sales team
*
Ensure company property is respected and maintained
🧠 What We’re Looking For
We want a Warehouse Operative who is hands-on, dependable, and customer-focused:
*
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
*
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is desirable
*
Forklift/Counterbalance licence preferred –
*
Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues
*
Flexibility for overtime and weekend availability
*
Willingness to undertake new training and tasks when needed
*
Understanding of health & safety and GDPR responsibilities
