A highly successful and growing food manufacturing business in West London is looking to appoint a Production Team Leader to join its operations team.

The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team in a fast-paced, high-care environment, taking ownership of shift performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading and developing a production team to achieve daily targets
* Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and GMP compliance
* Delivering production plans in line with service and throughput targets (>99%)
* Driving improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and operational performance
* Acting as a key link between production, logistics, hygiene, and support teams
About You
* Experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
* Strong understanding of Food Safety, GMP, and Health & Safety
* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
* Driven, ambitious, and keen to progress within a growing business
