£28,080 with the opportunity to work regular overtime at enhanced rates
Monday-Friday rotational shift pattern covering back, early and night shift.
We are recruiting a number of Quality Inspectors to work in Larkhall, South Lanarkshire. Are you interested in working within the automotive industry?
* Creating first off to set the quality standard for all subsequent parts to be ran.
* Carryout quality checks at various stages of the process ensuring standards maintained.
* Dealing with any adhoc quality concerns, supporting the operations teams as required.
* Inspecting parts against master part to ensure quality standards achieved
* Identifying any products faults, problem solving to implement remedial action.
* Developing and implementing quality control audit plans
* Ensuring right quantity of packaging / ensuring correct packaging of parts
* Signing off final product / back up final recordings
* Use of numeracy skills to confirm data / product number accuracy
* Accurately recording data and inputting into computerised system
What we're looking for:
* Confidence making quality critical decisions based on information available
* Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills
* Proven track record of attention to detail
* Ability to communicate with a variety of different departments
* A solid work history and an enthusiastic can do work attitude
