Are you a driven and experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent prestige car dealership in the Loxwood area, now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Used Car Sales Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation, high-quality stock, and — importantly — realistic and rewarding earning potential.

💼 The Role

* Engaging with customers both in person and digitally

* Guiding buyers through the full sales journey

* Building lasting customer relationships

* Delivering an exceptional, personalised buying experience

* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

👤 About You

* Minimum 2 years’ motor trade sales experience required

* Experience within an independent dealership environment is advantageous

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

* Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused

* Motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed

💰 What’s On Offer

* £20,000 basic salary

* £65,000–£70,000 realistic on-target earnings

* Company vehicle (after 3-month probation)

* On-site parking

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays

🕒 Working Hours

* 5-day working week

* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

* Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

* Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
