Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: TBC (Minimum wage)
The ideal candidate will be proficient and confident in the following:
- Maintain and manage internal stock and delivery data using the company’s system.
- Perform weekly data entry of delivery and stock records into Excel spreadsheets.
- Validate data accuracy by reconciling system records with delivery inputs.
- Clean and organize raw data to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Create structured Excel reports and payment statements based on delivery data.
- Calculate totals, variances, and payment amounts.
- Generate weekly/monthly payment statements for accounts payable processing.
- Support finance/accounts teams by providing accurate, timely data.
- Maintain historical records for auditing and reference purposes.
- Identify discrepancies in stock or delivery data and report them for correction.
- Key Skills: Excel (data entry, validation, basic reporting, and reconciliation)
