Search Consultancy is looking for hard-working and reliable Labourers to join a busy construction site in Hartlepool. We are partnering with a leading contractor who requires a proactive team player to support site operations and keep the project moving.
If you are physically fit, punctual, and ready to get stuck in, we have immediate starts available now.

The Role

This is a vital support role to the site management and trades teams. You will be responsible for:
* Site Maintenance: Keeping the site, walkways, and work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
* Material Handling: Assisting with the unloading of deliveries and moving materials around the site for various trades.
* Trade Support: Assisting bricklayers, joiners, and groundworkers with manual tasks as required.
* Safety & Compliance: Following all site health and safety rules and reporting any hazards to the Site Manager.
* Productivity Driven: We need someone with a strong work ethic who can stay busy and follow instructions effectively.

Requirements

* CSCS Card: A valid Green (Labourer) or Blue (Skilled) card is mandatory.
* Experience: Previous experience working on a construction site is preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude.
* Reliability: You must be punctual and have the ability to get to the site in Hartlepool daily.
* PPE: Standard 5-point PPE required at all times.
* Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
