Electrical Improver

Location: Northampton/Wellingborough

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Have you recently completed your electrical qualifications and are eager to take the next step in your career? Our client is a small, family-run electrical business based in Northampton, and is looking for a motivated Improver Electrician to join their growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who has just qualified and wants to gain real-world experience, develop confidence, and work on exciting projects in a supportive team.

The client

Our client provides a wide range of electrical services, from domestic repairs and maintenance to installations and renewable energy solutions like EV chargers and solar panels. Their reputation is built on trust, reliability, and excellent customer service – and want you to be part of that.

The candidate

· Recently qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (or working towards it)

· ECS card holder (or willing to obtain)

· A full UK driving licence

· Must be willing to travel around the UK, although based out of Northampton

· Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn new skills
