We are recruiting a Senior Landscape Design Manager to join the delivery team for one of Europe’s largest infrastructure programmes. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a once-in-a-lifetime project, offering exceptional career development and long-term growth opportunities.

This role will suit an experienced professional with a strong background in overseeing the delivery of landscape works and working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
The Role

Act as the Lead Landscape Design SME, setting strategic objectives and assuring design quality across multiple contracts
Provide specialist technical leadership, guidance, and verification to ensure compliant, value-for-money landscape design solutions
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, IPTs, CAMs, NEC Supervisors, Environment and Planning teams, and site staff to meet programme milestones
Oversee the delivery and on-site verification of landscape works, including long-term maintenance, monitoring, and landscape mitigation outcomes
Support handover and transition activities, including verification of green assets
Requirements

Degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent) and Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
Proven leadership experience as a subject matter expert in landscape and public realm design
Strong experience overseeing the delivery of landscape works on major projects
Demonstrable experience working on large-scale, complex infrastructure programmes
Strong understanding of design assurance, delivery stages, cost, schedule, and multidisciplinary dependencies
Ability to influence, challenge, and verify landscape schemes from design through to delivery and handover
