Building Surveyor

A Building Surveyor role is available in Kings Hill Kent offering £45,000 – £65,000 plus bonus on a Permanent, Full-time basis with hybrid working. This position provides exposure to commercial and high-end residential work, supporting both professional instructions and project delivery up to £1m.
🎯 Responsibilities
* Deliver dilapidations, party wall and PPM instructions
* Act as employer’s agent and principal designer on projects up to £1m
* Manage commercial and high-end residential portfolios
* Oversee contract administration and project delivery
* Maintain client relationships across multiple instructions
✅ Requirements
* MRICS Chartered
* Degree in Building Surveying or related field
* Strong experience in dilapidations, party wall and PPM
* Experience acting as employer’s agent and principal designer
* Ability to manage a varied workload across London and the South East
💰 Salary & Package
* £45,000 – £65,000 salary
* Twice yearly bonus plus new business bonus
