Mapping and modelling business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
Supporting the design of solutions and validating that they meet business needs
Working closely with third parties to understand impacts on people, processes and systems
Contributing to acceptance criteria, test scenarios and user readiness activities
Supporting delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation
Communicating clearly with stakeholders and ensuring alignment from requirements through to deliveryWhat we're looking for:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience translating business problems into clear, structured requirements
    Confidence using requirements elicitation techniques
Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools
