We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Manufacturing Machine Operatives to join our vibrant team in Wellingborough!

This role is temporary to permanent after 12 weeks of service offering a pay rate of £16.03 per hour on a rotating shift pattern of 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm.
What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery and equipment with precision and care
Assisting in assembly line processes to ensure efficient production
Quality checking products to maintain our high standards
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
