CNC Operator

CNC Operator position available with a growing organization based in Leeds, offering sociable working hours, excellent working conditions, 33 holidays, interesting & varied work and the chance to work as part of a close-knit, friendly team!

Employing around 75 people across the UK, this organisation provides end-to-end solutions to the healthcare industry, this involves design, manufacturing, commissioning and aftercare of bespoke equipment & machinery. Because of continued demand of their products, this employer is actively searching for a CNC Operator to join their team on a permanent basis,

This employer is based in Yorkshire, but this CNC Operator role will cover the Midlands area, meaning the successful candidate can be based anywhere near Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Dudley, Stratford, Worcester, Kidderminster, Northampton, Nottingham etc.

For the CNC Operator position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:

IDEAL NOT ESSENTIAL: Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline, Mechanical Engineering or similar (Apprenticeship, NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC Level 3, HNC, HND etc.)
Previous experience working in a similar position as a CNC Machinist, Setter/Operator, Miller, Programmer etc.
The ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings

Working Hours:

39 Per week, spread across a sociable day shift working pattern

Monday to Thursday - 07:00 to 15:30
Friday - 07:00 to 14:30

In return, the successful CNC Operator will receive:

Annual Salary: Up to £32,000.00 (£15.77 per hour)
Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including public holidays
Statutory Pension Contribution
Permanent, stable employment with a growing organisation
