How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview
    The Marketing & Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting SEAC Ltd’s sales operations and customer relationships. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines marketing support, sales administration, and internal sales activities.
    You will help promote SEAC Ltd’s specialist capabilities through practical marketing initiatives, while ensuring customer enquiries, quotations, and orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing & Sales Support
    * Prepare marketing materials, including product brochures, datasheets, case studies, and capability statements
    * Update website content and manage SEAC social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X to promote products, services, and projects
    * Support and coordinate marketing campaigns linked to new products, key accounts, and industry events
    * Gather customer and market feedback to support sales strategy and product development
    Sales Administration & Internal Support
    * Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, supporting marketing campaigns and strengthening relationships
    * Process sales orders accurately, ensuring all customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
    * Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales activity within CRM/ERP systems
    General Responsibilities
    * Support sales management with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
    * Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
    * Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
    Skills & Experience
    Essential
    * Good digital marketing knowledge (email campaigns, social media, SEO fundamentals)
    * Content creation and copywriting skills
    * Experience coordinating marketing campaigns
    * Market research and competitor analysis
    * Lead generation and qualification experience
    * Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
    * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    * Confident written and verbal communication skills
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    Desirable
    * Experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer support—ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment
    * Ability to interpret engineering drawings or technical specifications
    * Experience with CRM or ERP/order processing systems
