Role details as follows:
Production Supervisor/Manager
•Must be committed to working safely and comply with the 5S standards in place.
•Previous supervisory experience essential and must be within a manufacturing environment.
•Ideal candidate will be a timed served sheet metal worker / fabricator.
•Ability to read / understand drawings and aerospace specifications.
•Key process knowledge: material cutting (CNC rout or punch), heat treatment, forming (hand form, rubber press, press-brake), various inspection methods.
•Key skills: MRP, problem solving, effective decision making, waste elimination, continuous improvement identification, energetic and forward thinking, excellent communication and people management skills
