Health & Safety Business Partner – Greater Manchester

We're working alongside an Industry leading company that’s looking to bring in a Health & Safety Business Partner to support operations across the Greater Manchester region.

The Role:

• Provide H&S expertise across operational activities in Greater Manchester
• Support and challenge leadership teams to drive best-in-class safety performance
• Lead on risk management, audits, and incident investigations
• Deliver and embed H&S improvement plans aligned to wider strategy
• Coach and mentor H&S advisors and operational teams
• Analyse H&S data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with field teams and senior stakeholders
