Technical Services Manager

Our client is a fast growing D&B fit out contractor specialising within the landlord market CAT A & B fitout/refurbishments sectors, with job values range from £500k - £5m, mainly within Central London area.

Entering into their 3rd year of trading, our client have seen their turnover from from £5m in year one to close to £20m. Due to their continued growth they are keen to appoint a Technical Services Manager.

The main duties for the role will involve overseeing technical submissions, cross checking with design and overseeing the M&E consultants.
