Recruitment Resourcer (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Leicester on an 8-month maternity cover contract. As a specialist Social Care recruitment agency with over 25 years of industry experience, we continue to grow year on year and pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service.

This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, attract, and register high-quality temporary candidates

* Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring full compliance and documentation

* Maintain accurate candidate records and provide ongoing support

* Participate in an on-call rota (paid additionally)
