We offer flexible ad-hoc or block booking shifts across a range of clients, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
The Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care across a variety of clinical settings
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support and implement patient care plans
* Monitor and assess patient's conditions, responding appropriately and escalating concerns when required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
* Report to ward managers or clinical leads
We're Looking For
* NMC-registered RGN with relevant clinical experience
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* Three years of employment references
* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
* A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
