    * Maintain the Golden Thread of Information throughout the project lifecycle
    * Oversee handover documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance
    * Support health & safety inspections in alignment with quality standards
    * Conduct audits, reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    * Manage and coordinate QA across a large and complex supply chain
    Key Requirements:
    * Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a Tier 1 main contractor
    * Strong background working on high-rise residential / HRB projects
    * In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act, BSR Gateway process, and Golden Thread
    * Experience using digital QA systems such as Fieldview
    * Strong understanding of:
    * WIRs, MIRs, ITPs / ITAPs
    * QA inspection regimes
    * Compliance and audit processes
    What’s on Offer:
    * Competitive basic salary of between £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
    * 26 days annual leave increasing to 30 days
    * 2 paid volunteering days a year
