What You'll Do:
Schedule appointments for patients with ease and efficiency.
Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimise scheduling.
Manage patient inquiries with a smile, providing top-notch customer service.
Work collaboratively with our team to enhance the patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not mandatory!
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
Current Enhanced DBS/Criminal record check
