    Support Worker – Specialist SEN School (Andover)

    Start Date: April 2026
    Contract: Temporary (potential to go permanent for right staff), 
    Location: Andover area
    Pay: £100–£110 per day
    Hours: 37 hours per week

    Monday & Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
    Tuesday & Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
    Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

    About the Role

    We are seeking caring, resilient and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a specialist SEN school in the Andover area. This is a term‑time only position starting April 2026 with the school looking to make the contract permanent for the right individuals.

    You will be supporting children and young people with autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and complex needs, helping them thrive socially, emotionally and academically. The school provides specialist education for pupils aged 11–19, all of whom have an EHCP, and require structured, consistent support within both learning and daily routines.

    You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and a multidisciplinary network to ensure pupils receive high‑quality, consistent support tailored to their individual needs.
    Offers individualised learning programmes including GCSEs, Functional Skills and vocational pathways
    Provides therapeutic, holistic support integrated with academic learning to promote emotional and social development
    Promotes a nurturing ethos where pupils feel valued, safe and supported, with high expectations and clear routines

    £100.00 - £110.00 per day
