We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support a college environment. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across communal areas, classrooms, and facilities. An enhanced DBS is required for this position, or you must be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and facilities.
Carry out sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying bins, and general upkeep.
Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within allocated time.
Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliability and good attention to detail.
Available Monday to Friday, 6:30am-9:30am.
Able to commit to a temporary contract.
