We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman to join a well-established contractor on a long-term project based in Westbury.

The Role:
* Supervising day-to-day groundworks operations on site
* Managing gangs, subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed to programme
* Maintaining high health & safety standards
* Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Requirements:
* SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
* Proven experience in groundworks supervision/foreman role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time
