Service Advisor – Main Dealer Opportunity | Brighton Area
£32,000 – £33,000 Basic + Bonus (£4–5k OTE) + Commission
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealership in the Brighton area for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and customer-focused aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual from the motor trade looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive dealership environment.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and managing service bookings
* Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated
* Upselling additional work and service plans (with commission opportunities)
* Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
* Managing job cards, invoicing, and service records
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a motor trade Service Advisor role is essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A customer-first approach with the ability to upsell effectively
* Experience with systems such as Power DMS would be advantageous
* Full UK driving licence required (maximum 6 points)

* £32,000 – £33,000 basic salary

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
* Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota (8:00am – 12:00pm)
