We are seeking a high-calibre Document Controller to join our team on prestigious, high-value projects in Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of document control processes in a fast-paced environment where organisation, accuracy, and proactive communication are essential to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain document registers and ensure strict version control
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow
Timely distribution and filing of drawings, RFIs, and technical documents
Support project teams with document-related queries and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector
Strong working knowledge of Aconex, Procore, and SharePoint
Experience with M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects highly desirable
Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage workload without supervision
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
