About the Role
PK Education are working in partnership with a secondary school in Doncaster who are seeking a committed and confident Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable role within a school, with the chance to become a key part of the staff team.
You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school by covering lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
The Role
Supervising lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 using pre-set work provided by teachers. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations. Supporting students to remain engaged and on task throughout lessons. Building strong, professional relationships with students and staff. Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.

What We’re Looking For
Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or similar setting. Confidence in leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A reliable, professional, and proactive approach. A genuine interest in education and supporting young people. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
