* Electronics Production Operative (SMT) role within our expanding electronics manufacturing team.
* Primary responsibilities include operating SMT machinery, selecting relevant programs, and populating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
The Job You'll Do:
* Work within the SMT cell, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and executing relevant programs for PCB assembly.
* Utilize skills in interpreting assembly build documents and conducting inspection and touch-up of PCBS.
* Demonstrate confidence in working with machinery, with full training provided.
About You:
* Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.
* Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
