    Job description

    Description

    Reporting to the Regional Manager (RM) or Senior Project Manager (SPM); ensure maximum productivity and utilisation of plant, equipment and resources, considering spikes in volumes and geographical coverage.  
    Along with the RM or SPM, identify key BD opportunities for the region and manage existing client relationships. 
    Point of contact for client liaison and ensuring interaction with Depots to oversee all day-to-day activities on client schemes and relay back to Depot managers on requirements and Progress. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Attend client meetings as and when required. Support from the RM or SPM if needed.

    Monitor Client Programme against works booked in via Central Hub

    Responsible for:
    Researching and identifying new markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships

    Generating leads and qualifying prospects

    Attend and lead on Programme meetings, highlighting any potential requirements; weekly BD meetings, and aged debtor calls are not mandatory, the SPM will feed back on any issues / actions

    Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and returned to the relevant department. Any paperwork missing being chased up with the operative and highlighted to relevant Depot Manager

    Attend the external billing call each week; maximise sales in week and ensure billing is accurate

    Liaise with client regarding site queries and support RM’s with any site queries, work with depot manager for any further requirements

    Support the Client with Cad Request’s and work with the CAD Team with verification of CAD Drawings

    Monitor quote return KPI’s; Quotes to be returned within 24 hours for ad-hoc works. Larger schemes will have a return date and thus will vary - Responsible for generating quotes and supporting PM’s with this task

    Ensure “Value of Money” approach with Clients and explore value engineering options when producing client quotations

    To ensure commercial changes are captured, reported to the client along with the necessary PO adjustments or contractual amendments

    Directly responsible for;
    Onboarding of clients to include the client application form and equipment hire rates

    Quoting follows the DOA process set out by the business

    Ensuring jobs are fully handover to the depot where necessary 

    Ensure capture of client Purchase Orders when quoting works when Client stipulate requirement for payment

    BD file structure within the A-Z 

    Credit Request Raising / Sale Adjustment Request (Inc DOA Adherence)

    Supporting Project Managers with all of the above

    Initiative and confidence – job holder should be able to demonstrate a willingness to contribute new ideas to improve and should be able to determine when to refer a matter to someone else or whether to deal with it themselves

    Experience and Qualifications
    Relative Industry Experience

    IOSH Certificate 

    Preferably Lantra M7 or LTMO or TSCO

    Full clean driving license

    Auditing experience
