We are partnering with an established organisation seeking a confident and detail-driven Finance Manager to oversee its finance operations. You will lead a small team, manage key financial cycles, and play a vital role in providing high-quality financial insight that supports effective decision-making and organisational success.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Leading day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring all deadlines are met
✔ Preparing and reviewing monthly accounts, forecasts, reconciliations, and cashflow reporting
✔ Maintaining and improving financial systems, policies, and procedures
✔ Producing accurate financial reports and data for senior leaders
✔ Working collaboratively across departments to promote cost awareness and efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

💡 Strong organisational and leadership skills
💡 Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
💡 Great interpersonal and communication abilities
💡 Minimum AAT Level 4 qualification with relevant post-qualification experience
💡 A professional, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable:
• Experience using Xero or similar systems
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
