How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 4D Planning Manager to join our pre-construction team, with experience in logistics buildings and data centres. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 4D models that integrate construction schedules with 3D designs, supporting both the tender process and ongoing project planning.

This role is pivotal in ensuring construction sequencing is accurate, realistic, and coordinated across design, planning, and site delivery teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

Develop and maintain 4D models by integrating construction schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent) with 3D models (Revit, Navisworks, Synchro)

    *

Collaborate with design teams, BIM coordinators, and planners to ensure accurate construction sequencing

    *

Support tender processes by creating 4D simulations for methodology presentations

    *

Develop 2D to 3D models for context, logistics, temporary works, and proposed works

    *

Perform quantity take-offs from 3D models linked to programme tasks within the 4D model

    *

Support project planning with sequencing, phasing strategies, and logistics planning

    *

Conduct scenario modelling to assess programme risks and alternative build strategies

    *

Provide regular 4D progress updates and reports for stakeholder engagement

    *

Lead 4D planning presentations for internal teams, clients, and consultants

    *

Act as a key liaison between design, planning, and site delivery teams

    *

Manage and maintain model versions for planning purposes

    *

Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and compliance with BIM and digital construction standards

    Key Skills & Experience

    Essential:

    *

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

    *

Proven experience in 4D planning within logistics buildings or data centre construction

    *

Proficiency in Synchro 4D, Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, and Primavera P6 (or equivalent)

    *

Strong understanding of BIM Level 2+ standards and construction methodologies

    *

Ability to interpret complex designs and construction programmes

    *

Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

    Desirable:

    *

Knowledge of materials and products relevant to construction

    *

Experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical infrastructure

    *

    Familiarity with Lean construction principles

    *

Experience with COBie and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Aconex)

    *

Experience using Adobe products such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere for visualisations

    What We Offer

    *

Opportunity to work on complex international projects in data centres and logistics

    *

Collaborative and innovative pre-construction team environment

    *

    Career development and progression opportunities
