What you'll do as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
Provide individual classroom support
Assist with personalised learning activities
Encourage engagement with lessons
Support emotional development and confidence
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCOWhat we're looking for in a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (preferred)
Patient and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
