Position: Lead Activities Coordinator
Location: Enfield, North London
Pay rate: £16.80 per hour, progressing to £17.10 per hour after probation
Hours: Full time
Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Lead Activities Coordinator to join a well-established, medium bedded Residential Home. As a Lead Activities Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by developing and delivering an engaging, inclusive, and meaningful activities programme. Responsibilities as a Lead Activities Coordinator:
* Plan and deliver a varied, person-centred activities programme
* Lead and support the activities team to ensure high-quality delivery
* Encourage resident engagement to promote wellbeing and independence
Requirements as a Lead Activities Coordinator:
* Qualification in social care, recreational therapy, or Occupational Therapy
* Additional certification in arts, music, or community engagement
* Knowledge of NAPA training
