Duties as Office Manager:
Overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the school office
Managing and maintaining MIS systems accurately and efficiently
Handling finance processes including recording, monitoring, and supporting financial administration
Supporting recruitment administration, including documentation, compliance, and onboarding
Coordinating communication between staff, parents, and external agencies
Maintaining organised records, databases, and essential school documentation
Providing professional support to senior leaders and contributing to whole‑school organisationIdeal Office Manager:
Previous school office experience is essential to be considered for this role
Strong working knowledge of MIS systems
Experience in finance processes and school‑based administrative procedures
Confident handling recruitment administration and compliance tasks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working positively with staff, parents, and stakeholders
