Nursery Practitioner – West Bromwich

Full Time | ASAP Start

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well-established nursery in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

The Role:

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
• Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Work effectively as part of a supportive staff team

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting 
• Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
