We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Bristol that is looking to appoint a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support their growing Commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working across a range of commercial projects while developing strong design and technical skills and progressing within the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
• Assist in the design and development of commercial projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Produce high-quality drawings and presentation materials using AutoCAD
• Support the preparation and submission of planning applications
• Work closely with senior team members and external consultants
• Contribute to design discussions and project delivery
Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong design and presentation skills
• A good understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
