A well-established regional law firm with a respected commercial property team is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their Stratford-upon-Avon office. The firm advises a diverse client base on commercial property matters and prides itself on a collaborative, supportive working environment.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting for clients on commercial property transactions.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
Providing practical, commercial advice to clients.
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Managing own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
