Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during exams to ensure all rules and regulations are followed
* Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
* Set up examination rooms prior to exams and ensure proper conduct throughout
* Provide assistance where needed while maintaining the integrity of the exam process
* Report any irregularities or issues to the exam officer or senior staff
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused and alert
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and a calm, professional manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to pay for one)
Previous experience as an invigilator is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
