Warehouse Team Leader

Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a temp-perm contract for our valued client based in Frimley, Surrey. 
 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Frimley, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm)
 
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation on a temp-to-perm contract, offering excellent long-term career progression.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or further develop their existing management skills within a growing business.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily warehouse operations across rotating shifts
Managing and motivating a team to meet productivity and performance targets
Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management
Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
Supporting continuous improvement within warehouse processes
Coordinating workflow and ensuring efficient shift handovers Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse or shift management
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience with stock control systems
Ability to work rotating shifts (early and late)
Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What's on offer:
