We are thrilled to be working with our globally renowned manufacturing client in looking for a new Customer Orders Coordinator to join their busy Production Team.
Your New Role
* Receiving global orders for engineered manufactured products via email order forms
* Confirming receipt of the orders in a professional manner via email and phone
* Adding all new orders in to the production plan utilising Excel and the MRP system
* Liaising with customers to update and advise of any issues that may occur with delivering their order on time
To be successful in your new role we are looking for previous experiences in:
* Working with Excel at an advanced level
* Knowledge of working with MRP systems - SAP or Navision
* Excellent customer service experience in a similar production and/or manufacturing environment
