We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Havant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a variety of sites.
The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of outdoor spaces across residential, commercial, and public areas in and around Havant.
Key Responsibilities
Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
Hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
Weed control and general grounds upkeep
Leaf clearance and litter picking
Planting and seasonal maintenance tasks
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Basic equipment maintenance and daily vehicle checks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
Full UK driving licence (Required)
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
