    Job description

    Overview (Nationwide Travel Required)

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a national hotel framework, overseeing multiple projects running concurrently across the UK. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage projects from inception through to completion while maintaining quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and manage a national framework comprising multiple live projects across the UK

    * Develop a strong understanding of the client’s brand standards and construction guidelines to ensure full compliance across all projects

    * Attend client briefing meetings to define and agree project scopes

    * Undertake site surveys alongside the client team to accurately develop scopes of work

    * Collaborate with Project Surveyors to produce accurate cost plans based on agreed scopes and schedules of rates

    * Manage, monitor, and drive performance across the supply chain

    * Oversee procurement processes and coordinate the movement of materials to site

    * Conduct regular (weekly) site visits to ensure quality standards and health & safety compliance are consistently met

    * Attend and lead client handover meetings at the completion of each phase

    * Develop and manage project programmes and overarching framework schedules to ensure continuous and efficient delivery

    * Line manage and support Site Managers and other Project Managers

    Candidate Requirements

    * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally across multi-site or framework contracts

    * Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control, and supply chain management

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    * Strong organisational and leadership capabilities

    * Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety

    Additional Requirements

    * Willingness to travel extensively across the UK

    * Flexibility to stay away from home as required (accommodation provided)

    * Full UK driving licence
