    Hybrid | 3 days office / 2 days WFH | Competitive Salary + Strong Bonus Scheme

    If you’re looking for a paraplanning role that offers genuine progression and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, this position provides exactly that. You’ll be a key member of a supportive, growing team while developing the skills and exposure needed to confidently step into advising.

    About the Company

    Our client is a directly authorised, boutique mortgage brokerage built on collaboration, shared ownership and high performance. The team works closely together without rigid boundaries, creating an environment where proactive people thrive. As the business continues to grow, they are investing heavily in their paraplanning function and offering structured, achievable progression for ambitious talent.

    The Role

    You’ll join as a senior paraplanner with the opportunity to take on your own advising cases as your development continues. The role blends high‑quality paraplanning, client engagement and team support. You will help strengthen the paraplanning function, guide a junior paraplanner and play an integral role in converting and managing an established client bank.

    This is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work but wants a clear, supported pathway into advising, without any expectation to source new business.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Produce compliant mortgage research and suitability reports.

    * Support, guide and mentor a junior paraplanner.

    * Manage and advise on allocated client cases (no new business generation).

    * Convert existing client leads and nurture ongoing relationships.

    * Work collaboratively with advisers and case managers to ensure smooth client journeys.

    * Maintain strong compliance standards and contribute to process improvements.

    Skills & Experience

    * Strong mortgage paraplanning experience.

    * Confident supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.

    * Interested in or ready for adviser responsibilities.

    * Proactive team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.

    * Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

    * CeMAP (or equivalent) preferred.

    Package & Benefits

    * Base salary: £29,000 – £31,000

    * Strong performance‑based bonus scheme

    * Hybrid working: 3 office days / 2 WFH

    * Private health insurance

    * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

    * Quarterly social events

    * Long‑term progression to Mortgage Adviser

    Why Apply

    This role offers a valuable blend of paraplanning and advising responsibilities within a supportive, ambitious team where your contribution is recognised. With a generous bonus structure and a clear, pressure‑free pathway into advising, your long‑term development is genuinely prioritised from day one
