We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to work at our unit based just outside Wolverhampton town centre The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking work on a variety of cars and light commercial vehicles The position involves working with a range of tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service and repairs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and faults

Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle systems

Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out repairs and replacements

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Repairs for MOT's and part/full servicing

Requirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic essential

Strong mechanical knowledge of various car and light vehicle makes and models

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repair work

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology an advantage

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills and a professional attitude

MUST have full clean driving license
