Salary: £31,000 - £33,400 DOE (OTE up to £37,500 with overtime)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (0.5-hour unpaid break - 40 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join a growing technical team within an award-winning commercial vehicle environment.

The Role
As a Refrigeration Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality installations, inspections, and preventative maintenance on vehicle refrigeration systems.
You will work as part of a skilled technical team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Refrigeration Installation Engineer:
Carry out refrigeration installations on commercial vehicles
Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain workshop cleanliness, including oil spill and dust control
Work with repair teams to diagnose faults and plan repairs
Ensure all work meets safety and performance standards
Support smooth workflow across the technical department
Skills & experience required
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer
F-Gas Category 1 qualification (City & Guilds 2079-11)
Knowledge of ODS Regulations and handling fluorinated gases
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively
Resilient, motivated, and a strong team player
Excellent time management skills
