About the Role
We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a range of primary schools across Warrington. These flexible roles are ideal for candidates seeking varied experience, work-life balance, or the opportunity to work in different school settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Support class teachers with teaching and learning activities
* Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
* Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
* Support pupils’ behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
* Adapt to different school environments and follow school policies
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
* Be adaptable, proactive, and confident working in new environments
* Have good communication and teamwork skills
* Be reliable, flexible, and professional
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience
